Welcome to T&T Friesians
Please take the time to read about T&T Friesians' history and willingness to help you learn more about this great breed of horses, and the versatility they provide. With numerous horses for sale at most times, T&T Friesians is a great place to come and get acquainted with the, purebred and registered, Friesian horse. The Vander Kooi family uses their horses throughout the year at regional fairs, exhibition event, as well as with a century old Victorian carriage, and a sleigh in the wintertime. Both Ted and Andre have played important roles in the Ontario Friesian Horse Association, an organization geared towards the promotion, and active use, of the Friesian horse in the province. The Ontario Friesian Horse Association is a recognized regional chapter of the Friesian Horse Association of North America.

In 1999 when Ted and Tina Vander Kooi immigrated to Ontario, Canada from the Netherlands, the Friesian horses came with them. The horses possessed great bloodlines, which today have created a tremendous base of Star broodmares that possess unbroken dam lines of Stars, Models and Preferents. Renske Nynke became Ontario's first bred and born Crown mare in 2009. People all over North America have been able to enjoy the benefits of years of experience, through their purchase of a registered Friesian horse from T&T Friesians.|
